Stranger Than Fiction
Marc Forster's follow-up to Finding Neverland puts Emma alongside Will Ferrell and Queen Latifah. Ferrell plays an obsessive/compulsive IRS auditor who begins to hear a voice that turns out to be an author (Emma) who is writing a novel in which Ferrell is the ill-fated protagonist. The auditor heeds the narrator's advice and turns his life around.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Emma reprises her role as Professor Trelawney.

Emma will play the children's author.

Victor Jara project
Emma wrote the screenplay and will direct this film about the Chilean folk singer and poet Victor Jara (likely played by Antonio Banderas). Emma will play Joan Jara, Victor's wife.
